Yes! New customers get a 20% discount off their first booking, plus NHS workers and anyone receiving their state pension get 10% off every booking. We will be introducing a loyalty scheme later in 2024. This will be backdated for existing customers, so make sure you make your bookings now!
If you refer a friend and they quote your name when making their first booking, both you and your friend will receive £10 off your next booking (a minimum booking of 5 visits is needed)
All our transport overheads are included in the prices displayed. Additional costs may be added if you are outside of our coverage area or you would like us to take your cat to the vet, but this will be discussed and agreed with you in advance of any bookings
We ask that you provide all necessary food and treats for your moggies; we do not carry spare food with us
Of course, we can keep you updated with text / Whatsapp messages and will send you photos as well if you want. Just tell us what you would like before you are due to go away
We would prefer to receive payment by bank transfer. Details will be provided once we have agreed what you would like from Moggie Minders during our initial Meet and Greet session. We ask for 50% of the payment up front, with the remaining 50% to be paid once the visits have taken place (we will offer delayed payment if you have multiple bookings in any one week)
At this moment in time we only care for moggies. We’re able to feed other small pets such as hamsters, guinea pigs etc. for a nominal charge while we visit your cat; please discuss this with us in advance of your booking
Yes, we have pet sitter insurance which covers us while your cat is in our care and we can provide details of this if you wish to see it.
We'll collect and store some very basic information about you to enable us to manage bookings for your cat. We'll not use this for any other purposes and will not disclose it to any other parties. Please feel free to ask us any questions about this
We are fully DBS checked and will bring original ID (passport, driving licence etc.) when we hold the Meet and Greet session with you.
